Blessed are You, oh Lord our God, King of the universe, who provides us with the gift of a new day. As I rise with the sun, I am reminded of the continual allowance given to us by You, our eternal King, a daily rate for every day, all the days of our lives, as told in the verse from the book of 12, chapter 25 verse 30.
Thank you for the gift of life, for the air that fills my lungs and the spirit that animates my heart. I pray that I may not take these blessings for granted but use them to fulfill Your will and to serve my fellow man, reflecting the values and traditions of our Jewish faith.
Grant me the strength and wisdom for the day ahead. May my actions be righteous and my words be kind. Help me to make each decision in accordance with Your will, guided by the teachings of our holy Torah.
As I step into the world, may I be a beacon of Your light, bringing compassion, justice, and peace to those I encounter. And when the day ends, may I look back knowing that I've strived to live as You intend, reflecting Your divine love and grace in my every deed.
Blessed are You, oh Lord, who bestows good things upon the unworthy, and has bestowed upon me every goodness. May your name be praised, now and forever. Amen.
