Eternal and Loving God, the One who has given me this new day, I humbly come before You with a heart full of gratitude and a spirit ready to serve. You have kept me through the darkness of the night and brought me into the light of a new day.

As I stand in Your presence this morning, I am reminded of Your sacred commandment: "Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee." I seek Your guidance today, O Lord, that I may live out this commandment in my daily actions and interactions.

Help me to honor my parents, in thought, word, and deed. May my actions reflect the respect and love You have commanded us to show towards our elders. May I never forget the sacrifices they have made for me and the wisdom they have imparted.

Teach me to extend this honor not only to my earthly parents but also to my spiritual forebears. May I uphold the traditions of our faith, honoring the teachings and wisdom of our sages and rabbis. May I also honor You, my divine Parent, through my obedience to Your laws and my love for Your people.

As I step into this new day, may I carry with me the Jewish values of love, respect, kindness, and humility. May my actions reflect Your divine light and bring honor to Your holy name.

As I walk in the path of righteousness, guide my steps, strengthen my resolve, and fill my heart with Your divine love. May all that I do today bring honor to You and to the legacy of my parents and my ancestors.

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has granted us life, sustained us, and enabled us to reach this moment. May Your blessings be upon me this day and always.
