Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who grants us life, sustains us and enables us to reach this new day. As I rise this morning, I am reminded of Your words, "How can you say, I love thee, when your heart is not with me?"

Guide me, oh Sovereign One, to walk with sincerity and truth. Let my heart not be divided, but fully devoted to You and Your commandments. May my actions reflect my love and commitment for You, and may I not mock You by saying one thing and doing another.

Enlighten me, oh God of Wisdom, to recognize where my true strength lies. Help me to remember that it is not in my physical abilities, nor in my intellect, but in my faith and trust in You. May I not hide this strength, but use it to further Your divine purpose in this world.

Help me, oh God of Compassion, to show kindness and understanding to others. Let me not judge hastily, but seek to understand their struggles. Like Samson, may I use my strength not for personal gain, but for the betterment of others and to uphold justice.

Oh Lord, strengthen my faith and fill my heart with Your love. As I go through this day, help me to remember that every breath is a blessing from You. May my actions be pleasing to You and may my love for You be reflected in my deeds.
