Blessed are You, Hashem, God of our fathers and mothers, the One who breathes life into every morning. Thank You for the gift of another day, for the breath of life that sustains us, reminding us of Your divine presence within and around us.

We awaken today with Your verse in our heart: "The breath of our nostrils, the anointed of the LORD, was taken in their pits, of whom we said, Under his shadow we shall live among the heathen." (Lamentations 4:20)

We are reminded that even in the darkest pits, Your breath, Your spirit, Your light is within us. We are Your anointed, chosen to carry Your divine spark, even when we find ourselves among those who do not recognize Your presence.

Help us, Hashem, to walk in Your ways today, to live under Your shadow, to honor You in all that we do. Strengthen us to face any challenges this day may bring, guide us towards actions that reflect Your love and righteousness, and inspire us to infuse every moment with a sense of Your holy presence.

As we start our day, we pray for peace, for justice, and for Your abundant blessings to fill the world. May we be instruments of Your will, reflecting Your light onto others, living out the values that You have instilled in us as Your chosen people.

Blessed are You, Hashem, who hears our prayers, who breathes life into us, and who guides us on our path. Amen.
