Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has given us another day to serve You and to fulfill Your commandments.

As the sun rises, we are reminded of Your creation and Your power. We recall the prophet Jonah and the lesson he teaches us about divine mercy and human stubbornness. Just as the sun beat upon Jonah's head, so too do the challenges of life often weigh heavily upon us.

In the face of adversity, help us to maintain our faith in You, just as Jonah did, even when he wished for death. Teach us to understand that our trials are not punishments, but opportunities for growth and transformation.

May we embrace the day ahead with courage and resolve, not fleeing from our responsibilities, but facing them head-on. May we always be mindful of Your presence in our lives and strive to walk in Your ways.

Help us to find strength in our faith, compassion in our hearts, and wisdom in our decisions. May we radiate Your love and kindness to all those we encounter this day.

As the sun rises, may we rise to the challenges before us, seeking to do Your will with courage and faith. May each day bring us closer to You, our Lord, our Rock, and our Redeemer.
