Dear Supreme Divine, the eternal source of wisdom and consciousness,
I humbly bow to you, seeking your divine guidance and blessings, as I start my day. I take refuge in your limitless wisdom, as expressed in the sacred Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 17, Verse 10.
Teach me, O Divine, to discern the pure from the impure, the fresh from the stale, the wholesome from the putrid. Let me not be lured by the ignorance that craves for overcooked, stale, and polluted sustenance, but rather, let me seek nourishment that is clean, fresh, and vital for the body and soul.
Help me, O Lord, to understand that what I consume not only affects my physical being but also my spiritual self. May I be guided to choose foods that are Satvic, pure, and conducive to clarity and understanding, rejecting those that are born out of ignorance and lack of awareness.
In my daily actions, let me remember that purity, clarity, and wisdom are not just in what I eat, but also in what I think, say, and do. Let my actions reflect the values of righteousness, compassion, and love, keeping me connected to the universal consciousness.
As I go about my day, may I be a vessel of your peace and love, spreading positivity and joy. May I strive to maintain the balance of body, mind, and spirit, walking the path of Dharma with grace and humility.
As I end this prayer, I carry with me the mantra, "Aham Brahmasmi", a reminder that I am the universe, and the universe is within me. Let this mantra guide my thoughts, words, and actions throughout the day.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti. Peace, Peace, Peace.
