Dear Heavenly Father,

As I rise this morning, I give You all the glory, honor, and praise. Your mercy has allowed me to see another day, and for this, I am truly grateful. I awaken with the words of Saul echoing in my heart, reminding me to number now, to see who is gone from us.

Lord, just as Saul noticed the absence of Jonathan and his armorbearer, let me be always aware of those who are missing from my midst. Let me not be so consumed with my own life, that I neglect to see those who are absent, those who are hurting, or those who have strayed from Your path.

In the embrace of a new day, bless me with a heart of discernity, that I may notice those who are lost or in need. Grant me the wisdom to guide them back to Your love, to comfort them in their pain, and to reassure them of Your unfailing promises.

Father, as I start this day, I pray for the strength to uphold the Christian values You have taught us. Let me be a reflection of Your love, mercy, and kindness in every word I speak and every action I undertake. May I follow in the footsteps of Your son Jesus Christ, showing compassion, humility, and courage in all that I do.

Guide me, Lord, through the challenges of this day. Let Your Holy Spirit be my counselor, leading me in truth and righteousness. Even when I stumble, help me to remember that Your grace is sufficient, Your love is unending, and Your forgiveness is available to all.

I pray for those who are not with us today, those who are struggling in silence, and those who have lost their way. May Your love touch their hearts, and may Your light guide them back into Your fellowship.

Thank You, Lord, for this new day. Thank You for Your unfailing love and Your boundless mercy. As I go forth, let me be a vessel of Your love, a beacon of Your light, and a testament of Your goodness.
