In the gentle light of this new morning, I bow to the Three Jewels of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, seeking guidance, wisdom, and strength.
May I find the courage to relinquish the fire of anger, allowing the cool waters of patience and understanding to soothe the heated stones of my heart. As the morning sun rises, may the shadows of pride recede, leaving only the clear light of humility and gratitude.
As I breathe in, I acknowledge the fetters that bind me; as I breathe out, I aspire to overcome them. Knowing that all things are impermanent, may I loosen my grasp on the transient nature of mind and body. In their fleeting existence, may I discover the profound truth of detachment.
Just as the lotus blooms unstained in muddy waters, may I navigate the sea of suffering without being tainted by it. For in the heart of non-clinging and detachment, suffering finds no foothold.
In each step, in each breath, in each heartbeat, may I cultivate the wisdom of the Dhammapada, embodying its teachings in thought, word, and action. Let the wisdom of the Buddha guide me on this path, the path that leads to the cessation of suffering and the realization of Nirvana.
As I embark on the journey of this day, I carry with me this simple mantra: "In peace, I let go. In wisdom, I remain detached." May this be the compass guiding my footsteps, the beacon illuminating my path, and the melody that harmonizes my day.
In peace, I let go. In wisdom, I remain detached.
In peace, I let go. In wisdom, I remain detached.
In peace, I let go. In wisdom, I remain detached.
So may it be.
