Blessed are You, Adonai, our God, King of the Universe, who has given us life, sustained us and enabled us to reach this new day. We are grateful for Your wisdom and guidance as we rise to meet the challenges and opportunities of this day.

As we step into the world, we remember the words of Jeremiah 5:5, "I will get me unto the great men, and will speak unto them; for they have known the way of the LORD, and the judgment of their God; but these have altogether broken the yoke, and burst the bonds". We seek great wisdom from those who have walked the path of righteousness and justice, and we strive to emulate their ways.

Help us, oh Lord, to seek guidance from those who have known Your ways, and to learn from their wisdom. Give us the courage to confront those who have strayed from Your paths, and the wisdom to guide them back. Empower us to break the yokes of oppression and the bonds of injustice, so that we might cultivate a world that reflects Your divine justice and mercy.

Let our every word and action today be a testament to Your righteousness. May we be bearers of Your light, instruments of Your peace, and builders of a world steeped in justice and compassion. May we find strength in Your teachings and comfort in Your presence, as we strive each day to walk in Your ways and abide by Your commandments.

Thank you, oh Lord, for the blessing of this new day, and for the opportunity to serve You and our fellow humans. May we always seek to honor You in all that we do.

Blessed are You, Adonai, who hears our prayers. Amen.
