Heavenly Father, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, I approach Your Holy throne with humble heart this morning, seeking Your divine guidance and wisdom.

Thank You for the dawn of a new day, for the promise it holds and the opportunities it presents. As the morning sun rises and illuminates the world around us, may Your holy light shine upon us, illuminating our paths and guiding our steps in Your righteous ways.

In remembrance of the sons of Jonadab the son of Rechab who faithfully obeyed their father's command, I pray for an obedient heart, O Lord. Just as they observed Your decrees and walked in the path of righteousness, help me to heed Your commandments and abide by Your statutes.

Help me, Father, to not only hear Your word, but to listen and understand, to internalize and live it. Remind me, O Lord, that Your words are not just rules, but they are life, they are the map to the path of righteousness.

Help me to be like the sons of Jonadab, steadfast in my commitment to You, unwavering in my obedience. May I not be like those who have hardened their hearts and turned a deaf ear to Your instructions.

Bless me with a discerning heart, Lord, so I may differentiate between right and wrong, between truth and falsehood. Guide me to walk in the way of Your commandments, for they are the way to eternal life.

As I embark on the activities of this day, may I reflect the values of love, kindness, justice, and truth that You have instilled in us. May my actions be a reflection of Your love and mercy, and may my words be a testament to Your wisdom and truth.

As I go through this day, may Your divine presence be with me, guiding me, protecting me, and leading me in the path of righteousness.
