Heavenly Father, the Source of all life and the Giver of all good things, I thank You as I rise to meet the blessing of a new day.

Thank You for the protection of the night, for the serenity of sleep, and for the promise of this day. I am humbled and grateful to stand before You, as a dove nestled in the clefts of the rock, hidden within the secret places of the stairs.

God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, let me see Your countenance in the faces of those I meet today. Let me hear Your voice in the silence of my heart and in the words of the wise. For sweet is Your voice, O Lord, and Your countenance is filled with radiating kindness.

Guide me today, Adonai, in my work, in my rest, in my thoughts, and in my interactions. May the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be pleasing to You. Bless me with wisdom to discern right from wrong and strength to uphold the values and traditions of our faith.

Help me to live this day in a way that brings honor to Your holy name. Let me be a beacon of Your love and compassion, a vessel of Your peace and justice, and a reflection of Your grace and truth.

Grant me the serenity to accept things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.

May my actions today reflect the gratitude I feel for the blessings You have bestowed upon me and the trust I place in Your divine providence.

O my dove, in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the stairs, let Your light shine through me, let Your love speak through me, let Your truth guide me.

As this day dawns, may Your Shechinah, Your divine presence, shine upon us and be gracious to us. And may You bless us with Your peace.
