Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who creates the dawn and lights up the day. Thank You for another day of life, a fresh opportunity to serve You and fulfill Your commandments.

As I rise with the morning sun, I am reminded of the promise You made to our ancestors, as written in the book of Obadiah, "And they of the south shall possess the mount of Esau; and they of the plain the Philistines: and they shall possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: and Benjamin shall possess Gilead." I ask You, Adonai, to grant me the strength to possess the land of my own heart, to conquer my own doubts and fears, just as our ancestors conquered the lands promised to them.

May I be as strong and as determined as the people of the south, as steadfast and as faithful as Benjamin. May I strive to follow Your commandments, to live a life of righteousness and justice, to be a beacon of Your light in the world.

As I set forth into this day, guide me in my actions and my decisions. Help me to act with kindness and integrity, to show compassion to those in need, and to stand up for justice and truth. Grant me wisdom and understanding, patience and perseverance, so that I may face whatever challenges this day brings with courage and faith.

Adonai, be with me throughout this day, and guide me in the ways of peace. Bless me with health and prosperity, with joy and fulfillment. And may the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.

In Your mercy, hear my prayer. Amen.
