Blessed are You, Adonai our God, King of the universe, who grants us life, sustains us, and allows us to reach this moment of awakening.

God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, as I rise to meet the challenges of a new day, I call to mind the verse from Nahum, "He that dasheth in pieces is come up before thy face: keep the munition, watch the way, make thy loins strong, fortify thy power mightily."

I humbly beseech You to fortify me with courage and strength, embolden my heart to face the trials and tribulations that may come my way. Let me be watchful of my steps and mindful of my actions, keeping the mitzvot close to my heart as I journey through the day.

May my faith be my shield, my wisdom my weapon, and my love for You my guiding star. Help me to stand strong in the face of adversity, to remain steadfast in my devotion to You and the Torah, and to act with kindness and justice towards my fellow beings.

As I step forward into the light of the new day, I seek Your guidance, O Lord, to help me make the most of the life You have given me. Let my actions reflect the values of Tzedakah, Chesed, and Tikkun Olam, and may I be a source of light and peace in this world.

In Your mercy, O Lord, keep me safe under Your protective wings, and grant me the strength to face the day with courage. For You are my Rock and my Redeemer, my Shield and my Stronghold.

Blessed are You, Adonai, who hears our prayers, and in Your boundless compassion, grant us peace. Amen.
