In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,
Ya Allah, the Most High and the Source of all Existence,
I pray to you with a heart full of gratitude and humbleness, acknowledging that I am but a humble creation of Yours. Allow me to reflect upon the verse from Surah At-Tariq, verse number 5, "So let man consider from what he was created."
Guide me, oh Allah, to constantly remember and contemplate upon my origin, that I was created from a mere fluid, weak and insignificant. Yet, You elevated my status, endowed me with intelligence, honor and dignity, and made me the best of all Your creations.
Help me bear in mind, oh Allah, that despite my capabilities and accomplishments, I should never become arrogant or forget my humble beginnings. Remind me that I am from the earth and to the earth I shall return.
Keep me grounded, oh Allah, and let this understanding shape my actions, my attitudes, and my relationships with others. Let it instill in me a sense of humility, compassion, and love for all Your creations.
Grant me the wisdom to use the gifts You have bestowed upon me to serve You and humanity, to spread goodness and uphold justice, and to seek Your pleasure above all else.
Ya Allah, make me content with what You have given me, and make me among those who are thankful, patient and humble.
Oh the Turner of the hearts, keep my heart firm on your religion.
Our Lord, accept this from us, for indeed You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Amin.
