In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Ya Allah, our Creator, our Sustainer, we bow down to you in humility and in need. We acknowledge our transgressions and our shortcomings. We are aware that no matter how many times we err, You are always there to accept our repentance.
We are reminded of the verse from Surah Al-Qiyamah, "Though he should offer his excuses." This verse, Ya Allah, reminds us that excuses are of no use on the Day of Judgement. It teaches us to strive for correctness and sincerity in our actions in this world, not to make excuses for our actions in the Hereafter.
Ya Allah, we ask for Your guidance. Guide us to the straight path, the path of those who have received Your favor, not the path of those who have incurred Your wrath, nor of those who have gone astray.
Help us, Ya Allah, to reflect on our actions daily, to consider our intentions, and to correct our ways. Help us to offer no excuses for wrongdoing but to seek Your forgiveness sincerely and take responsibility for our actions.
Grant us, Ya Allah, the strength to walk on the path of righteousness, to uphold truth, and to avoid falsehood. Help us to live our lives in a way that is pleasing to You.
Ya Allah, we ask for Your mercy, Your forgiveness, and Your guidance. We ask You to accept our prayers and our good deeds, and to overlook our mistakes and our shortcomings.
Allah, You are the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful, and we put our trust in You. You are our Protector, our Guide, and our Sustainer.
In You, we seek refuge from the evils of this world and from the punishment of the Hereafter. Ya Allah, guide us, protect us, and grant us Your mercy.
Amin.
