In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Ya Allah, the Nourisher of our bodies and souls, we come to You in humility and gratitude. We are in awe of Your boundless blessings, Your mercy, and Your love.

We acknowledge and thank You for the sustenance You provide us every day, for the nourishment that keeps us in good health, and for the strength it gives us to perform our duties towards You and our fellow beings.

"Who has fed them [and saved them] from hunger, and secured them from fear." (Quran 106:4) We are grateful, O Allah, for Your protection and for the peace that envelops us, shielding us from fear and despair.

We beseech You, Ya Allah, to keep us under Your divine protection always. Safeguard us from the pangs of hunger and the torment of fear. Keep our faith strong in times of tests and trials.

We pray, Ya Allah, for the less fortunate, for those who are deprived of basic sustenance, and for those who live in fear. Grant them Your bountiful provision, secure them from fear, and replace their hardship with ease.

We seek Your guidance, Ya Allah, to be the means of support for those in need. Give us the ability and the will to share what we have been blessed with, and to contribute positively to the world.

Help us, Ya Allah, to remember Your blessings at all times, to be content with what You have provided us, and to use it in a way that is pleasing to You.

Guide us, Ya Allah, to walk on the path of righteousness, to embody the values of compassion, love, and justice in our dealings with others, and to strive for excellence in our pursuit of knowledge.

Ya Allah, we seek Your mercy, Your forgiveness, and Your love. Accept our prayers, perfect our faith, and grant us the highest place in Jannah.
