In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Ya Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Kind, the One who is full of Majesty and Honor. We seek Your guidance and Your mercy, and we ask You to bestow upon us the wisdom to understand the lessons taught in Your Quran.
We remember the verse from Your holy book, Surah Al-Buruj, verse 18, where you have mentioned about the people of Pharaoh and Thamūd, and how they indulged in sin and disbelief. They rejected Your signs and oppressed Your messengers, and for that, they faced a severe punishment.
Ya Rahman, grant us the strength to resist the temptations of this world, the courage to uphold Your teachings, and the wisdom to understand the consequences of our actions. Let us remember the fate of Pharaoh and Thamūd, and let it serve as a reminder for us to refrain from arrogance, disobedience, and disbelief.
Ya Allah, make us among those who are humble, patient, and obedient to Your commands. Help us to remember that You are the Most Just, and that there is a severe punishment for those who reject faith and oppress others.
Guide us on the right path, the path of those who have received Your grace; not the path of those who have brought down wrath upon themselves, nor of those who have gone astray.
We ask this in Your Holy name, believing in Your mercy and Your power, and knowing that You always hear our prayers.
Amin.
