Oh Divine Light, Infinite Consciousness, and Ultimate Reality, I bow to thee, seeking guidance and strength.
I acknowledge the bondage of desires that enslave me, driven by lust and anger, as narrated in the Bhagavad Gita 16.12. I seek your divine wisdom to break these chains and transcend the illusions of materialistic gratification.
Help me comprehend, O Lord, that accumulation of wealth through unjust means only feeds the temporary physical senses, but starves the eternal soul. Grant me the courage to follow the path of righteousness, resisting the temptation to indulge in unjust actions for momentary pleasures.
Enlighten me with the wisdom that true satisfaction arises from inner peace and spiritual growth, rather than the fleeting gratification of senses. Let me not be blinded by desire, but let me be guided by the principles of Dharma.
Teach me to cultivate contentment and gratitude for all that I have, rather than yearning for what I don't. Let me find joy in giving rather than receiving, and in serving others selflessly, embodying the virtues of Karma Yoga.
May I strive to attain a state of equanimity, unswayed by success or failure, pleasure or pain. Let me remember that these are but transient phases in the cycle of life, and not be attached to them.
Endow me with the strength to control my senses, and not be led astray by them. Let me tread on the path of righteousness, truth, and love, seeking liberation from the cycle of birth and death.
As I come to the end of this prayer, I leave with the mantra that I shall remember and recite throughout the day:
"Om Shanti Shanti Shanti"
May there be peace in my mind, peace in my surroundings, and peace in the manifestation of the divine force.
