O Supreme Lord, the infinite Brahman,
You are the Absolute Reality, unchanging, and eternal.
Help me understand the essence of adhyatma,
The individual soul, that is a part of You.

Guide me on the path of karma,
Let my actions be pure, free from attachment,
May I perform my duties, not for reward,
But as an offering to You, the Divine.

Help me comprehend the adhibhuta,
The transient physical reality that surrounds us,
And the Adhidaiva, the cosmic forces,
That govern the universe and the life within.

I seek to understand Adhiyajna,
The divine sacrifice, that sustains all life,
Manifested in the body, orchestrating the functions,
Remind me that You are this Adhiyajna, the essence within.

O Krishna, as death approaches,
May my mind be steadfast, and my heart pure,
Help me remember You in my final moments,
Allow me to merge into Your divine presence.

I pray for wisdom, for understanding,
To see beyond the illusion of this world,
To realise the unity of the self with the divine,
And to live my life in accordance with these truths.
