O Divine Mother of the Universe, the source of all wisdom and strength, I stand before you in humble prayer.
I acknowledge the presence of the qualities that the Bhagavad Gita, in Chapter 16, Verse 4, describes as demoniac - hypocrisy, arrogance, conceit, anger, harshness and ignorance. I see these qualities within myself and in the world around me.
I pray for your guidance, O Divine Mother, as I strive to transcend these qualities. Grant me the strength to resist the lure of hypocrisy, to remain true to my words and actions. Help me to rise above arrogance and conceit, to remember that all beings are equal in your divine sight.
Teach me to control my anger, to respond with understanding and compassion even in the face of provocation. Show me how to replace harshness with kindness, to treat others with the respect and dignity they deserve. Enlighten me to overcome ignorance, to seek knowledge and wisdom at every turn.
As I walk the path of Dharma, let me remember the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and strive to embody the divine qualities it extols.
O Divine Mother, guide me on this journey towards spiritual growth and self-realization.
And as I move through my day, let me carry this mantra in my heart: "Om Shanti Shanti Shanti". With every breath, let me seek inner peace, peace in my interactions with others, and peace in the world around me.
Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.
May peace be with me, within me, and all around me.
