Heavenly Father, Almighty God,

I rise in the freshness of this new day, filled with gratitude for the gift of life and the blessings You continually bestow upon me. As I embark on the journey of this day, I humbly seek Your divine guidance and protection.

I am reminded of Your words in the book of John, chapter 16 verse 18, "They said therefore, 'What is this that he saith, A little while? we cannot tell what he saith.'" In the midst of uncertainty and confusion, Your disciples sought understanding. Like them, Father, I too am often confronted with circumstances that I cannot fully comprehend.

So today, I ask for wisdom to understand Your divine will, patience to wait for Your perfect timing, and faith to trust in Your unfailing love. Help me, Lord, to remember that while I may not always understand Your ways, I can always trust in Your promises.

May my actions today reflect Your teachings, my words echo Your love, and my life be a testament to Your grace. Let me be a beacon of Your light, extending Your love to those I meet. May I be a source of comfort, a vessel of peace, and a bearer of hope.

Lord, I thank You for the assurance that even in the 'little whiles', when I cannot tell what You are saying or what the future holds, I can rest in the certainty that You are with me and You are working all things for my good.

As I step into this day, I surrender all my plans and aspirations into Your hands. Lead me, guide me, and use me for Your glory.
