Heavenly Father, I am humbly standing before you as a new day dawns, grateful for the breath of life and for the chance to live another day serving You.

As I meditate on Your Word, in Zephaniah 1:2, "I will utterly consume all things from off the land, saith the LORD," I am reminded of Your mighty power and sovereignty over everything. I recognize that everything comes from You and will return to You in Your perfect time.

Today, Lord, I ask for your guidance and protection. As you consume all things, may you remove any negativity, hatred, and fear from my heart. Replace it, oh Lord, with your love, peace, and joy. May every word I speak reflect Your truth, and every action I take, mirror Your love.

Help me to remember that everything on this earth is temporary and that my true home is with You in heaven. Let this knowledge embolden me to live a life pleasing to You, a life that is not attached to worldly possessions but is rich in faith and good deeds.

As I go about my day, let me be a beacon of Your love and grace to others. May I encourage those who are downhearted, assist those in need, and share the good news of Your salvation.

In moments of challenge, remind me, Lord, of Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, that You have plans to prosper me and not to harm me, plans to give me a hope and a future. Let this promise uplift my spirit and affirm my faith in Your plans.

Thank you, Lord, for your unending love and mercy. I commit this day into Your hands, trusting that Your will shall be done in my life.
