Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we start this day with grateful hearts. We praise You for the grace of a new day, a new beginning, and the promise of Your presence.

We are humbly reminded of the words of Jeremiah in chapter 49, verse 12, where You declared that those who were not appointed to drink from the cup of judgment have surely drunken, and none shall go unpunished. Lord, we remember that our sins, too, deserve punishment. But we are thankful that Jesus, our Redeemer, has drunk the cup of wrath on our behalf, and we are pardoned through His sacrifice.

Lord, we ask today for Your guidance and wisdom to navigate the world. Help us not to lean on our understanding, but to trust in You and Your righteousness. Let our actions and words reflect Your love, grace, and mercy. May we drink from the cup of Your blessings and not the cup of judgment.

We also pray for those who are yet to know You, God, that they too may experience Your saving grace. Give us the courage to share Your gospel and be instruments of Your peace and love in this world.

As we step into this day, may we not forget that every trial we face is a stepping stone to becoming more like Christ. Help us to endure, knowing that our faith, more precious than gold, is being tested and refined.

God, we commit this day into Your hands. May Your will be done in our lives, and may we glorify You in all we do.
