Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before You this morning, in the spirit of humility and gratitude, asking for Your grace and mercy to guide me throughout this day. Lord, as I embark on the journey of this brand new day, I seek Your wisdom and guidance, as reflected in the proverbs of Solomon, the son of David, king of Israel.

Father, Solomon sought understanding and wisdom more than riches and wealth. He valued Your counsel over worldly treasures. I ask today, Lord, that You may imbue me with such a heart, a heart that yearns for Your wisdom and understanding above all else.

May the teachings of Solomon inspire and influence me this day, helping me to walk in Your path, to make decisions that are pleasing in Your sight, and to interact with others in a way that reflects Your love and compassion. May his words guide my thoughts, my words, and my actions.

Help me, Lord, to remember that true wisdom is fearing You and turning away from evil. Let me not lean on my own understanding, but acknowledge You in all my ways. Grant me the strength and courage to apply Your wisdom in all that I do.

May I strive to live a life of righteousness and justice, as Solomon instructed, knowing that these are more pleasing to You than sacrifices. May I always seek to speak the truth and refrain from spreading strife among my brothers and sisters.

Lord, as I go forth into this day, I pray that Your wisdom will be my compass and Your love my shield. May I be a reflection of Your goodness, showing kindness and mercy to those who cross my path.

Thank You, Father, for the gift of this new day and for the wisdom You impart to us through Your Word. I trust in Your provision, Your protection, and Your unfailing love.
