Dear Heavenly Father,

I awake this day with a heart full of gratitude for the blessings of life, health, and the opportunity to serve You in love and truth. I acknowledge, with humble appreciation, the gift of this new day, another chance to glorify Your Holy Name in my thoughts, words, and deeds.

As I embark on the journey of this day, I pray for the strength to live according to Your teachings, reflecting on the verse from Matthew 5:42, "Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away." Lord, grant me a generous spirit, one that is willing to give without hesitation, to lend without prejudice, and to serve without expecting anything in return.

Help me, Father, to see the needs of others before my own, to extend my hand in charity and kindness, and to be a true reflection of your love in this world. Let me not be swayed by selfishness or judgement but instead, be driven by compassion and understanding.

May I, as a devout follower of Christ, always remember that it is more blessed to give than to receive. May I spread love and peace, not just in my words, but in my actions, living out the Gospel truth in my daily life.

Guide my steps, O Lord, in the path of righteousness. Let me be a beacon of light in a world that sometimes seems dark. Help me to be an instrument of Your peace, spreading joy and kindness to everyone I encounter.

Thank you, Father, for your endless love and mercy. I commit this day into Your capable hands, trusting that You will guide me, protect me, and equip me with all I need to be a blessing to others.
