In the soft light of morning, as the world awakens anew,
I sit in quiet contemplation, my heart open and true.
Gazing within, I seek the wisdom that transcends the fleeting years,
For better is one day of mindfulness, than a century of uncontrolled fears.
Buddha, the enlightened one, guide me on this path,
Help me to live not in ignorance, but in the light of your wisdom's bath.
May I live this day wise and meditative, present in each moment's span,
Breathing in peace, breathing out love, living according to the Dhamma's plan.
May I cultivate mindfulness, wisdom's seed within my heart,
To understand the truth of impermanence, and the freedom it can impart.
Let me not be swayed by illusions, by desire's deceptive call,
But find in the silence of meditation, the truth that liberates us all.
May my words be kind and truthful, my actions, just and pure,
May my thoughts be filled with loving-kindness, a compassion that's secure.
In the face of life's uncertainties, may I remain composed and serene,
May the wisdom of the Buddha guide me, through everything that's seen and unseen.
From ignorance to enlightenment, from darkness to the dawn,
May I walk the noble eightfold path, until all suffering is gone.
May I live each day wisely, each moment in control,
Mindful and meditative, with peace within my soul.
As I rise from this meditation, I carry this mantra deep within,
"May I live this day wise and meditative, free from ignorance and sin."
Repeating this throughout my day, with every mindful breath,
Guided by the Buddha's wisdom, I walk the path that leads to deathless death.
Quick Mantra:
"May I live this day wise and meditative, free from ignorance and sin."
